This Privacy Policy describes how the Vendor mobile application ("App"), owned by Pamela Ferguson and operated at vendortcg.com ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and stores your information.
1. Data Stored On-Device Only (Never Transmitted)
The following data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our server:
- Store name, email address, and payment handles (Cash App / Venmo tags)
- Optional store logo
- Deal history — including customer names, card values, transaction amounts, and card conditions
2. Data Transmitted to Our Server
When using the App's pricing features, the following data is sent to our server:
- Card identification queries — card IDs and conditions, used to retrieve current market pricing
- API key — sent with every request for authentication
- Device fingerprint — an anonymous UUID generated at install, used solely for device limit enforcement. This identifier is not tied to your personal identity.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
- Customer names from your deals (stored on-device only)
- Transaction amounts (stored on-device only)
- Payment card or bank account information (handled entirely by Paddle — it never touches our server)
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Paddle — subscription billing and payment processing. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and handles all payment data. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- TCGAPIs and other pricing data providers — card market pricing data. Card queries are sent to these providers to retrieve current prices. No personal information is included in these queries.
5. Data Retention
- On-device data persists until you delete it.
- Server-side data (API key, subscription status, device fingerprints) persists until your subscription ends, then is deleted.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
